Shipping policy
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including PO Boxes. If there are any issues with your delivery address we will reach out to you directly to resolve them. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Madeleine & Ivy cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfilment centre. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched — please allow up to 48 hours from the time of your order for your tracking information to arrive.
Delivery Timeframe
All orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Madeleine & Ivy is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your tracking number has been issued you can monitor your order's progress at any time using the tracking link provided in your dispatch email, or by visiting our Track Your Order page at madeleineandivy.com. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
Proof of Delivery
Madeleine & Ivy relies on carrier tracking information as proof of delivery. Once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, Madeleine & Ivy considers the order fulfilled. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we strongly recommend checking with household members, neighbours, and your local post office before contacting us, as packages are sometimes left in a safe location or held at a local facility.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your order date please contact us directly at info@madeleineandivy.com and we will investigate with our carrier on your behalf. Claims for lost or undelivered orders must be submitted within 30 days of the order date. Madeleine & Ivy reserves the right to investigate all claims before issuing any resolution, including requesting carrier documentation.
Disclaimer
Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, responsibility for the shipment passes to the carrier. Madeleine & Ivy is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment we will work with the carrier to reach a resolution, however we cannot guarantee outcomes that are outside of our control.
